We're an official FedEx point and work with SDA, TNT, DHL, UPS, BRT, DPD, Nexive and Poste Italiane. We'll tell you which suits you best.
Free packing in store
Bring what you want to send and we pack it here, free. Envelopes, parcels, suitcases and pallets.
Traco Point
Collect and send your parcels at our counter. Not home when the courier comes? We keep it here for you.

Same-day urgent deliveries in and around Vercelli.
Luggage service
Travel light: we ship your suitcases for you, round trip, packing included. We can also store them.

We are TRACO GROUP SRL, in Vercelli (Piedmont). We connect the Dominican community in Italy with their families: boxes, barrels, vehicles and removals by container, door to door anywhere in the Dominican Republic.
At our shop, an official FedEx point and Traco Point, we also handle all your domestic and international shipping.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the destination and whether it goes by sea or air. Each destination shows the approximate days and «Next departures» shows each container's date.
What can't I send?
Weapons, explosives, flammables, drugs, cash, live animals and perishable goods. If in doubt, ask us first.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Insurance covers up to the value you declare when sending. Keep your receipt.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer. You can pay when sending or, depending on the destination, on delivery.
